3D Vault – Privacy Policy

In short: 3D Vault does not collect, upload or sell any personal data. It runs on your computer, works without an account and has no analytics, telemetry or advertising.

What stays on your computer

The app reads the folders you add as libraries. Everything it creates — notes, tags, ratings, print records, photos you add, previews and settings — is stored on your own device: in a hidden .3dvault folder inside each library, or in the app's data folder. ADK Workshop never receives this information.

When the app connects to the internet

Only when you use one of these features, and only to the service you chose:

• Search online: the search words (usually a model name) are sent to Printables (printables.com) and, if you enter your own access token, to Thingiverse (thingiverse.com). Result images are loaded from those sites.
• Read from link: the app downloads the single web page you entered to read the model's title, author and license.
• Search links (MakerWorld, Thangs, Cults3D and others) open in your web browser.

Those websites receive your IP address like any website you visit; their own privacy policies apply.

Connections inside your own network

• Phone and tablet access (off by default): the app accepts connections only from devices on your local network, protected by a PIN you set. It is not reachable from the internet.
• Network printers (OctoPrint, Moonraker, PrusaLink), Spoolman and Ollama (local AI): the app talks only to the addresses you enter. Access keys stay on your computer.

Purchases and updates

When you buy the app or an add-on through the Microsoft Store, the payment is handled by Microsoft under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Updates are delivered by the Microsoft Store.

Children

The app does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.

Bilgisayarınızda kalanlar

ADK Workshop bu bilgileri hiçbir zaman almaz.

Uygulamanın internete bağlandığı durumlar

Yalnızca aşağıdaki özelliklerden birini kullandığınızda ve yalnızca seçtiğiniz hizmete:

Kendi ağınızdaki bağlantılar

• Telefon ve tablet erişimi (varsayılan olarak kapalı): uygulama yalnızca yerel ağınızdaki cihazlardan, belirlediğiniz PIN ile bağlantı kabul eder. İnternetten erişilemez.
• Ağ yazıcıları (OctoPrint, Moonraker, PrusaLink), Spoolman ve Ollama (yerel yapay zekâ): uygulama yalnızca girdiğiniz adreslerle konuşur. Erişim anahtarları bilgisayarınızda kalır.

Satın almalar ve güncellemeler

Uygulamayı ya da bir eklentiyi Microsoft Store üzerinden satın aldığınızda ödeme, Microsoft Gizlilik Bildirimi kapsamında Microsoft tarafından işlenir. Güncellemeler Microsoft Store tarafından dağıtılır.

Çocuklar

Uygulama, çocuklar dahil hiç kimseden kişisel veri toplamaz.
